Mediocre stay, overpriced for what it offered

poor soundproofing small room

The staff were helpful, especially with directions and recommendations.

The room felt quite small, especially considering the price. I also noticed that the soundproofing wasn't great. Street noise was noticeable even late at night (ambulances were frequent.). This.

nice stay

early check-in cute staff breakfast buffet

i received an early check-in upon arrival which i appreciated after my travels. the front desk staff, especially katarina, was very cute and helpful. a welcome drink was brought to my room along with some sweet treats which was a nice touch. the breakfast buffet included great coffee with plentiful options and a la carte choices.

the street outside can be a bit noisy at times.

the hotel is located near supermarkets within a short walk a variety of restaurants and takeaways are also close by. i found it convenient to explore the main tourist areas being only a short distance away. the hotel offered a dedicated space for luggage unloading.

The breakfast included delicious choices. Staff was excellent and helpful with our daily program. I did feel very welcome. The location let me get everywhere by foot. I appreciate the great mood of all the staff.

The hotel neighborhood felt a little unsafe at times. It would be nice to have more lighting at night.

The hotel did not feel worth the price I paid. I booked this place because a hotel reviewer gave it a top rating and I expected something special. The neighborhood felt unsafe and the hotel itself seemed pretty small.

The staff were very helpful and friendly . The breakfast was generous with fresh options (I was impressed by the variety). I was offered free welcome drinks upon arrival. They also provided pasteis de nata and mini ginginhas in my room, a nice touch.

The bathroom layout in my room could have been more optimal.
